Greenwood Lake Yoga

I love coming to Greenwood Lake yoga! I’ve had amazing experiences with all of the instructors, I particularly love Alex and Shari’s teaching styles. Their monthly pass is so worth the money, and I find myself attending a class almost every day. The hot classes are also amazing. Thank you Greenwood Lake yoga for bringing me back into yoga!

I felt good just by walking in! Beautiful studio space, friendly atmosphere, and all yoga classes I've taken have been amazing: Yoga Bootcamp, Candle-Lit Restorative, and Open Level Vinyasa. Can't wait to try them all. I am grateful to have such a wonderful place and warm community to practice with.

We invited Sarah to host a Yoga session for our Leadership Team at our offsite Retreat in Warwick, NY. Sarah was on-time, brought an amazing attitude helping many first time Yoga'rs (probably not right but I'll go with it), and helped bring our team together midway through our retreat. As a first time Yoga'r, I found the experience very enjoyable and it allowed us to focus on our mind and breathing while stretching our bodies. I can now say I have done a Downward Facing Dog and Child's Pose! Thank you Sarah for coming to our AirBnB and helping our Leadership Team recenter our minds so we could help our organization.

There is so much joy met at every class, encouragement, laughter and love. The teachers are all incredible even the subs, every one have their own style and flow. A class for every pace, this studio has made me feel at home in every way. Then having the crystal shop upstairs to continue the healing everywhere yet to wander is super convenient, Sydney knows her stones inside and out! So happy there is a cozy place to practice my union of mind, breath, and body!!

When I heard Greenwood Lake Yoga has the Summer Program for Kids, I was so excited to send my kids to this program locally. My kids signed up for theater and paddle board classes, they really enjoyed the session and asked me why they were only signed up for one week and not the whole month😊. My kids always love theatre, so having the improv acting class is enjoyable for them. And for the paddle board, it was the first time for my kids to do this, and growing up on the lake I want them to be comfortable for paddle board activities. The summer program also has Yoga and Art classes, that I wish I signed them up for that sessions too. Looking forward to send my kids to this program again next year, Sarah, Katie, Chris, Colleen, all the instructors and assistants are wonderful. Its well organized too. Thank you Grenwood Lake Yoga for providing nice memories for my kids’ summer.
