I’m so glad I found Saltara after moving to Warwick. Love all the teachers - they’re all different and great in their own way and style. The space itself is chill and peaceful with loads of natural light, so it’s just a nice place to be. Highly recommend no matter where you are on your yoga journey (even if it hasn’t started yet)!

I truly enjoy the classes and atmosphere at Saltara. It is a very special place with excellent, very knowledgeable staff. The owners are very friendly and always positive. I’ve done massage and sauna at Saltara too-all very clean, professional and above average. I highly recommend!

I was new to yoga and never had tried it, but that doesn't matter at Saltara Healing. No matter what instructor I have a yoga session with, I always feel I'm being demonstrated poses that are easy to follow no matter the difficulty of each one. Many times I've had the instructor come over to me and personally guide me and help correct the positioning of my pose. They all are highly professional and very knowledgable about the yoga sessions they lead. There are many types of sessions from beginner to more challenging ones to choose from. The studio is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. It invites you in to a warm and comfortable setting, where you can immerse yourself into an enjoyable and spiritual yoga experience. The owners (both named Tara) are kind, caring, and passionate about their work. I also have gotten many massage therapy sessions there with Kim (one of the yoga instructors), and she is professional and very knowledgable about the human body and how to address your specific needs. It is well worth giving Saltara Healing a try. - Glenn

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned Yoga student, there are plenty of classes for you. And they offer massage therapy, acupuncture, Reiki, health and nutrition. Feeling blessed to have found Saltara Healing. Saltara is located in a charming building on River St. Warwick, NY. Everything is clean, comfortable and inviting. Tara is professional and friendly. Grateful that Saltara is just a few minutes drive from my home. Feeling the healing. :)
