Every class is unique and the teachers are fantastic. From aerial yoga to restorative, there is something for everyone. This studio has made such a positive impact on my life and holds a special place in my heart. I recommend this studio to everyone.

I'm new to yoga, have a lot of back pain issues, and recently had a baby. I've been taking Michelle's yoga classes on Monday's and Thursday's and it has really helped my back pain. It has also been a lot of fun- helping me get back into a fitness routine when I'm so exhausted from sleepless nights. I look forward to it all day unlike how I feel trying to force myself onto a treadmill. The owner, Melissa, is wonderful as well. She is very sweet and helpful and very responsive if you have any questions. I can't recommend this place enough!
