Lil is the best Yoga instructor I ever had !!! She is so knowledgeable, warm, caring, and a truly genuine person who cares so much about her practice and how she can best adjust it to fit your personal needs. There's never a need to feel intimidated if you aren't experienced as Lil will always make you feel comfortable with whatever level you are at. She will challenge you as much as you want to be. I never thought I would be practicing Yoga but with Lil"s instruction and insight now I can't imagine not doing it.. Thanks Lil for changing my Life !!

There is a class for every level, you just tell her what you need and she caters to YOU! I leave every session feeling stronger, calmer, and happier. My daughters have recently taken up yoga at Bliss and it has done wonders for them. Lilia teaches them breathing exercises, mediation, and assuming postures that stretch and flex their growing bodies. These are lifelong tools and coping skills that every person, big or small, needs! I highly recommend Bliss Yoga to everyone!
