The partner yoga class was fun. We were laughing most of the time because many of us I believe were new to partner yoga. Jasmine created an atmosphere that was welcoming and without judgment. She set expectations and set the tone. Having written affirmations we read aloud to our partners at the beginning of class was a nice personal touch and something I don’t commonly see. She had a nice mix of easy to more challenging moves but offered guidance when needed. Overall the studio was a nice space and I hope they have more classes like this available in the future.

The vibe at this studio is very warm, welcoming, and zen. Jasmine led us through the flows, while Teddy played the perfect accompaniment on a wide range of instruments. Jasmine’s soothing voice enabled me to stay entranced in the sound healing. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and relaxing. I will definitely attend this class again! Jasmine started us off with a quote to connect to our friendship and our yoga practice. She then moved us through a class that was both approachable and challenging. I hope to see more classes like this AND would love class options that aren't warm or hot.
