I finished the class feeling like all the stress from my week left my body, I cannot wait to take her clsss again she had such a calm demeanor and demonstrated everything to make sure everyone was keeping up! 10/10

Aug 28, 2020 路 Amanda ShenI'd argue this is the best yoga studio around - facilities are clean and bright, instructors are all great (especially Christina), owner and staff are so warm and friendly, and I can go on. Jen, Leslie, and team make sure that there is a community feel, and so it's always feels so warm and welcoming to go there. Beyond yoga, there's also aerial yoga, spinning, Barre, and other class types. Check this place out - you won't be disappointed. Another plus, pricing is quite reasonable here.

My sister owns a hot yoga studio in Nags Head NC and is super picky. This place did not disappoint. Plenty of space. Great heat. Instructor qued well and suprisingly I loved her 90s esq play list.The owner lent me her mat which was just above and beyond. She was incredibly welcoming and created a warm safe environment. Plenty of towels for use. Sweet little gem!!! Wish I could have caught an aerial class. Thank you inner spirit for the sweat sesh! 馃挮馃挦
