I moved to NJ from Brooklyn just over a year ago & was worried I wouldn't find a great new yoga place that was on par with what I'd been used to, but I was so happy when I came across Powerflow Yoga Chatham! The owner is super sweet and I love the teachers, especially Erica Arce. I always feel like a million bucks whenever I leave her class. If you like heated yoga (that's not Bikram), try this place out! They offer vigorous flow classes and yin classes for when you need to chill out.
