It has so many options to choose from and the instructors are great for each different class they offer. The space is welcoming, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend checking out this studio!

The facility is well maintained, cozy and functional. It still takes time to get used to the high temperatures for me but I will continue going Gunnar K.

I play tennis, and have gotten a few injuries from it. Hot yoga has made such a difference in my flexibility and healing. It is a great addition to my exercise routine with tennis. I enjoy all the instructors and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
