I was excited to find hot yoga studio in the area that offers 8pm classes. I went for my 1st class yesterday and it wasn’t great. Overcrowded studio, no showers, room wasn’t as hot, $38 priced class lasted only 1 hour. Candlelight was beautiful but the loud music played in class was awkward and the vibe had nothing to do with yoga. I am a yoga teacher myself and I didn’t enjoy that experience as much as I should have.

Jan 16, 2025 · Marina RDidn’t think this would be the kind of place to arbitrarily cite corporate HQ policy when I was 1 min past their 5 min grace period — but then ignore that same policy to everyone most other times. I’ve often seen people show up more than 10 min late. But today was my first time being late, and there was no goodwill for a minute past but in fact cold rudeness. I was not expecting my neighborhood yoga studio to pick and choose who they want to be kind and flexible with and who they could care less about.

The teacher was great, but the studio itself is not as nice as I expected. The room was very lit and sterile bright during the class, room was not super hot, and the studio lacks the thoughtful amenities other yoga studios are offering for the price of class (small things like they don't have hair ties). The floor in the class was dirty - hair ball near me on the mat was pretty gross. Again, I wanted to love it as I live down the block and sad it's not as great as I thought!
