The beginner’s yoga class taught by Sidé was at the right pace and depth of effort got me as a 70 year old. Sidé was clear in her instructions and provided a good foundation of what yoga is about and how I will benefit from the practice. I recommend her class without reservation.

The yoga foundation is a great place to study and practice yoga if you are a beginner or a seasoned practioner. The style of yoga is authentic and true to the roots of this ancient practice. Danielle does a great job in assessing your needs and works within your own individual capacity. I highly recommend the foundation to get a start on this journey.

Yoga seems to be available everywhere these days, but Danielle Tarantola at Yoga Foundation on Long Island is offering the real thing - top quality Yoga teachings from the authentic and classical teachings of TKV Desikachar and T Krishnamacharya. I studied Yoga with Danielle in India and in the USA, and I can truly affirm that she and her Foundation are gifts to all who want to learn and practice Yoga. Yoga foundation will always have a special place in my heart. As a mom of young children the classes I have had access to have helped with all aspects of motherhood and life. I feel so safe and well supported by the knowledgeable teachers. I recommend this studio for beginners to advanced practitioners. There is something for everyone.
