The instructors are super knowledgeable and lead great classes. The entire staff and environment is open and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great yoga class or studio.

Literally every teacher that I have taken a class with at Stamyo have such great level and flow to their classes. Everyone is focused on helping us as students to learn and strengthen our practice while at the same time making sure we have good alignment and taking care of their bodies. Also, the community feel is amazing everyone really makes you feel welcome. I love this place!

Stamford Yoga Center is that place. The classes are a great mix of abilities and ages and the poses are structured to guide you into them so each person can go as far as they can while those more advanced can go further. There never seems to be a pose I simply cannot do while the rest of the class goes on without me. On the flip side, the more experienced yogi's are not waiting around for the rest of us.
