I have been part of the Simplicity Yoga family for almost a decade! Watching the studio grow and expand over the years has been great. It doesn't matter if you are a Beginner or a Pro.... the goal is the same...and for me it's simple, I always feel better in my mind, body and soul after spending time practicing yoga with the incredible instructors Rosanne has somehow managed to find. Simplicity Yoga Studio is a hidden gem!

If you do not get to Simplicity, then you are missing out. As a novice practitioner, I was extremely hesitant to even go to any yoga studio. But I decided to try yoga to heal my aching body. I am an ice hockey player, and "gym rat" and have been suffering from various injuries. I went to about 4-5 other studios in my area to get a feel for it, and when I found Simplicity, I found a home. The people there were amazing. The teachers offered challenging classes yet were always accommodating to my physical limitations. The studio just had a friendly vibe that kept me coming back. I have made friends there, attended classes, gone on retreats, and changed my life in a very positive way. It has been almost 10 years and it is still my studio. It is the best. I can't wait to be there, on my mat. Just go, and say, "David sent me"... you're welcome.

Simplicity Yoga Studio has been my refuge and place for reflection and renewal for the past three years. The studio is beautifully decorated which provides a tranquil space for practice. The teachers are amazing: skilled practitioners and so knowledgeable about Yoga and and how the practice enhances the individual’s mental, spiritual and physical health. I also love the yoga community at Simplicity and all the additional opportunities offered including workshops, book talks, meditation. Amazing experiences!

I have practiced in a lot of yoga studios over the past 20 years, but I've really found a home at Simplicity. It has a nice variety of in-studio or online classes and times, excellent events, great guided meditations, and inspirational instructors who care about each student's individual abilities and limitations. The Crystal shop and Reiki services are also amazing!
