Love the ambience. Everyone’s energies seem to merge in perfect harmony. Although classes are always full; it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I love that they have showers! I have tried probably all the hot yoga studios in NJ and by far this is my favorite. I will definitely continue to attend this location. Instructors are knowledgeable and kind. Staff is very welcoming. Highly recommended

Real Hot Yoga Montvale is the real thing! I’ve been practicing hot yoga since 2003 & Deborah has built a fantastic hot room! Great staff of teachers on schedule too! Studio offers a variety of different workouts in case you want to try something new. Amy DePol is my fave teacher btw.

I really love this studio! The instructors are fantastic and they keep the studio very clean. I feel very relaxed and recharged after every class. They have a great variety of classes you can choose from, and the app makes scheduling so easy. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hot yoga studio!

I started at RHY Montvale with a one month trial and fell in love! The studio is always clean, the instructors are wonderful, and there is such a variety of classes. I love starting my week with the vigorous Tone and Sculpt and end my week with the Yin classes.
