May 13, 2022 · marna lynnThis is a fine yoga studio to begin a practice or continue with a practice. The teachers are very informative and it shows in the way they speak and offer suggestions. Margie offers a slow a gentle yoga which is absolutely the best way to unwind. I like the fact that its about the only studio in our Bergen co area that offers mid day classes. Not everyone has time early in the morning and the classes are suitable for a wide range of learners. The studio is not huge but unless it s not international peace day, then there is plenty of room for all.
