I’ve been in her yoga class for about 6 months and the experience has been amazing so far! The environment is calming and supportive. The instructor has also been amazing and helpful to my overall health journey. Would definitely recommend this class to everyone who wants to start meditation and yoga!

Deeksha is an amazing yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable, her cues helped me stay on point and get out of my comfort zone. She invariably gives opinions to level up or slow down if needed. I always leave her classes feeling 100% better and relaxed than when I went in. Highly recommend her !!

Great class with a great instructor! I thoroughly enjoy the online classes with Deeksha! Highly recommend whether you’re a beginner or advanced level, the instructor is very good at accommodating all levels! I can definitely see an improvement in my flexibility, strength, and ability to hold a pose. Certainly worth the time and investment towards your health goals!

Deeksha is an amazing yoga professional. I’ve been doing yoga classes with Deeksha for almost a year now. She is beyond knowledgeable and her classes are awesome! I’ve gained so much flexibility and strength, as well as better sleep and relaxation. She is also so sweet and kind. She always gives us modifications for any of the yoga poses that are more challenging to enable us to work towards goals. A dose of essential oils at the start of each class is a special treat, as well as the mini head and shoulder massage at the end of each class. I urge you to join Deeksha’s classes, as you will be amazed by her!

Deeksha Ji from Just Serenity yoga is a dedicated professional with deep knowledge in Yoga. I have been doing Yoga with her through her online classes and I feel calmer, happier and a lot focused than I was before. She has in person classes too. Yogasanas are both relaxing and challenging. Yoga is a great way of relieving stress and improving health. I can’t recommend Deeksha Ji enough.
