KULA Yoga has not disappointed, all the instructors we have had are outstanding. Stephanie is a great example, she is very warm & inviting, always offering different options for each movement so everyone can keep up. My intro class was a Buti yoga class, which is what initially drew me in since I had never heard of it before...and let me tell you, after that very 1st class, I. WAS. HOOKED! The owner, Sara, who is also one of the instructors, is amazing at what she does and is so incredibly inspiring! ALL of the class offerings, workshops, and instructors are top-notch and the community itself is so loving and supportive. The studio itself is also so warm and inviting-it literally feels like a cozy hug every time you walk through the door. I really can't say enough about this place. Come! You WON'T regret it

I've been coming on Sundays for a little over a month, and only wish I lived closer so I could take additional classes throughout the week. The location and space is perfect and has also a very warm and welcoming community.
Nov 09, 2024 · Susan Thomaslove the slow flow classes. they are really what i need. lauren is a great instructor and every class i have with her is great my biggest critiques are that the classes are not held during the best time for people who work in office. much more earlier and later classes would be much appreciated! also the space is cozy but i feel like when the class is nearing sold out it becomes right and you have less space to move and it becomes harder to see the instructor. if you can use a PTO day to take a class and get lucky enough where it’s pretty empty you are going to have the best time
