My experience at indigo Yoga was amazing. I felt relaxed, so comfortable and so much better, I mean You truly need to just unplug sometimes. The World is a busy place demanding We show up. This is a great way to rest, recharge and restore. My favorite class is with Donna but all the classes are key to putting Your best self out there. I highly recommend!!!

I've been going to Indigo for almost a year now and I'm so happy I found this yoga studio! There are so many different types of classes and workshops and it's really opened my eyes to more than just yoga! Each teacher has their own style but I enjoy them all. Also has a great location in Caldwell. Definitely recommend!

Indigo's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is a transformative experience. The instruction that took place in YTT is phenomenal and allowed me to deepen my understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and provided meaningful feedback that helped me develop and find my own teaching voice! If you are thinking about deepening your own understanding of yoga or of becoming a yoga teacher, YTT is the program for you!
