Very relaxed and calm environment with clean bathrooms, space to move around, and a good selection of teas if you fancy a warm drink with your practice. I’m grateful for the experience and will return! Love that there are so many classes and times to choose from - can work around ANYONES schedule! Will bring a friend to the next open house I can attend, also!

The variety of classes provide opportunities for everyone no matter your skill level. Julie manages a wonderful group of instructors and creates a joyful and positive environment.

The perks, like 30 class water bottle is classy and fun, motivating. That water bottle is NICE, not cheap plastic. The 15 day challenge, with grat rewards. Special events like family day or being a friend. Love options as well you can do from home or work or while you traveling.
