I love Coach MO’s instruction and leading through the Yoga Flow! The music and aromatherapy just add to the environment. She is a beautiful spirit....Inside & Out! There are not enough words to explain the beauty, safe, comfortable and the rewarding experiences you will encounter in this hidden gem of Trenton and with Dr. Clark, she is phenomenally artistic, patient and attentive to you a individual, whether it's a group session or a one-on-one session. If you have any medical limitations, she will modify her yoga techniques to fit your needs. She is just wonderful and the Center is like your own personal sanctuary and you just never want to leave after your session. She is Awesome, Intelligent, Caring and provides a safe space all people. I've learned so much from her while at the center and techniques she gives you to use at home, on your own! I highly recommend this safe space of healing! A place I can come to release and get right ! Coach Moe has so much to offer !! She helps me get through my everyday life ! I am more physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger than I ever been since I started practicing with Coach Moe at Agape . Investing in my mental health and wellness was one of the best decision I have made for myself !!
