Hello ! I would like to say that the classes with Adele has been great . I started a few months back in a totally bad state of mind and totally disoriented . I have been taking her classes and it has made a difference gradually . Now I can focus a lot lot more and feel more mentally stable and much more clearer in my thoughts . Late last year I began to feel stuck and uncomfortable in retirement lacking drive and motivation. I began a weekly Tai Chi class with Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi instructor Adele Harris. Now I attend several times a week, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Initially I hoped to feel better, begin moving my body and align more with my true self. I began to see results in those areas of my life immediately. I no longer avoid stairs or walking. My dreams are more detailed and vivid. My meditations are more clear. I鈥檓 extremely satisfied , the classes offer breathing techniques stretching and mind relaxation. Adele the instructor is knowledgeable kind and caring about each one of us .
