Bask Hot Yoga

Bask Yoga is a top notch Hot Yoga Studio with 3 locations (Jackson, Brielle and Brick NJ / Soon to open a 4rth in Wall Township). I have been practicing Yoga for almost 25 years. I never focused on Hot Yoga UNTIL I began attending. It took me a couple of weeks to acclimate to Hot Yoga and now I'm hooked. Bask has been an incredible experience. The owners are very professional and knowledgeable. Instructors (ALL ) are extremely good. Their facilities are clean. If your looking for just one class or a monthly/annual pass, their pricing is excellent. They have great "New Customer Discounts" to try Bask and experience their business. John H

Bask is the best yoga studio around. Tyesha is the BEST instructor. She keeps it real, genuine and it is always a great flow. While I enjoy all the instructors (Tyler , Nick, & Brittany) we always make sure to be in attendance for Tyesha’s Wednesday night class. Check this place out!

Thanks to Bask, mentally and physically I am in the best shape of my life! I will never be able to find the words to explain just how much I owe this business! I am a completely different person from the time I’ve spent at Bask. Mentally, physically, and so much more. The 3 Bask locations are each so special and thoughtfully made to give the most amazing experience. Bask has the most incredible instructors. All so unique and with so much to offer in their own ways. I would strongly recommend Bask and encourage practicing there to anyone and everyone.

I took my first yoga class at Bask hot yoga on Saturday with Abby . The staff was extremely welcoming the facility is very clean and serene. Being a new person I was a little intimidated going into it. But as soon as I got there I felt comfortable. The instructor was great. She provided guidance to mentally and physically relax you and I was able to accomplish all of the moves. I was dripping sweat by the end of it. My normal workout consists of cardio kickboxing so this was very different for me. However I went and taught a kickboxing class the next day and my mobility had increased immensely. In just one session my body started to remember it’s flexibility and I had no lower back pain when doing multiple kick combos like I normally do. I will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone no matter what your normal workout routine is.

I am 100% in love with this studio. The ambiance is everything you would hope for in a studio. It makes me feel calm the minute I walk through the door. The instructors are also fantastic. I have tried almost every single one and no one falls short of amazing. The different classes they offer are all exceptional. One of my favorites is Sunday morning at 8:30 with Shauna. Best way to start my Sunday. She helped me do my first ever head stand. I had such a fear of it but she made it simple to understand and before I knew it I was upside down and beyond ecstatic. I highly recommend this studio for anyone who is looking to incorporate yoga into their life. The owners are also quick to respond to any questions too!
