Amazing studio! Very welcoming owners/instructors even for people new to yoga (or coming back to it after a long break). Great variety of classes from yoga to barre-style to dance. So far I've taken Flow with Camille, which was the perfect difficulty level for me (tough but not too fast-paced), and Barre Sculpt with Jen, which was so fun but still a great workout. The teachers do a good job of offering modifications for various difficulty levels and having a more personalized approach. I also really love the environment of the studio, which feels very supportive/nurturing but also fun/silly and doesn't take itself too seriously. So glad to have this studio in the community!

Between the postures, meditative moves, and the breath-work during class, you will undoubtedly make a connection with yourself. Alissa teaches us how to focus inward and you will never experience the same class twice from her. The studio is super clean and they have beautiful plants in the foyer. This is what real yoga is about.
Feb 10, 2025 · Release 10This place is like home!! I was on the hunt for a smaller, homey, holistic style yoga studio. Was brand new to yoga at the time so I was a little intimidated. Then wild and free fell in my lap at the perfect time! Alissa and Jen are the two sweetest, wholesome, caring women you’ll ever meet. They make everyone feel like family. And that’s what I needed. A community that cares about everyone no matter what you’re going through. If you want to start a new journey in yoga I 100% recommend wild and free!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

The owners Jen and Alissa are some of the kindest people I have ever encountered and instructor, Victoria is also extremely kind and provides beautiful classes that are so calming. I highly recommend everyone checks out this amazing place!!! ❤️
