Well into my 50’s, I believe that my body is the strongest it’s ever been. I have put Yoga (at Yoga Loka) at the top of my personal priority list and have not regretted that decision!

And in my 60’s I didn’t expect to regain the limberness I had when I was younger, but I did! Their kind compassion helped me feel comfortable there from the beginning and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

She has so much integrity and is so attentive to all of her students as well as highly skilled . I always leave both her TRE and yoga classes feeling present , nurtured and honored . Bonnie creates a warm relaxing energy in her studio that fills your body, mind and spirit !
