I love this yoga studio - in particular Erin Eloise classes are amazing. She has a really unique (and very clear) way of teaching you how to challenge yourself while also enjoying the process of doing so. All the staff is super friendly, the studio is spacious and clean with good showers for after. If you are an experienced yogi or new to it there is a place for you at ID.

Jan 12, 2025 · Marc SquireHave been going for five years and can’t recommend enough! The classes are challenging but doable and the instructors are all so good and kind. The room gets HOT, way hotter than any other studio I’ve been to, but that’s what I love about it. There’s a good variety of classes if you’re looking for a mix of stretching, strength and cardio, they’ve got it all. I would not go anywhere else in the city but ID.
Nov 22, 2024 · Rachel RippetoeBy far the best hot yoga studio in the city. Real heat while still maintaining a cleanly/ pleasant studio. Wide variety of classes with some focused more on conditioning which you cannot always find. Don’t be intimidated by the names of the classes, the teachers are all welcoming and will guide you through.
Nov 24, 2024 · Alysa KaneThis was not a vinyasa style class, just FYI! Loved the lavender towels at the end of class. I took the ID60 class and wish the instructor had given options for modifications, especially since many people in the class seemed new to yoga and were struggling. Transitions were a little awkward, with the instructor announcing “now we’re going to X sequence.” The room was very hot, so make sure to bring water!
Feb 28, 2025 · Elizabeth ThompsonBeen coming to ID (formerly Fierce Grace) since 2018. Love their teachers, classes, and staff. I get a great workout in their HIIT class while walking away feeling refreshed. Tricia is great and will get your butt in gear if you are slacking. So glad they're committed to staying in the Lower East Side!
