I have been swimming open water all year round for 25 years. NO POLAR BEAR.. And using Infrared Sauna for 5 years. For thousands of years Men have been swimming in winter and Natives have used Sweat Lodges.I love this place because they mix workouts in the heated cabannas, the Staff is Amazing...it's Immaculate and Clean..and it's Open 24hours. 20 years ago I had the same feeling when I walked into.Bikram Yoga and Renzo Gracie Jiujitsu.. Jun 10, 2024 路 Jeffrey BravuraExcellent place to work out. It's exercising in a sauna room along with infrared heat! And the best thing is that it's available to go 24 hours. Pick your own schedule and time that suits you. We've been going there for nearly 2 years. It's just amazing!

Their workouts are really engaging and fun, which is an important part for me when it comes to working out. The studio is always super clean and makes it feel very welcoming. If you鈥檙e thinking about signing up I would definitely say go for it. I鈥檓 having a great experience and can鈥檛 wait to keep bringing more friends

They are so incredibly accessible, one call or message and they respond immediately! Eddy is so helpful and the staff, including the owner Dr. Perlman is awesome. Shout out to Mike, Carlos, and Hunter. I鈥檝e lost 10 pounds since starting the workouts. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a boost to their weight-loss and health journey.
Jul 08, 2022 路 Emma JHotworx is very unique. Most boutique fitness studios offer limited classes and as a busy mom I needed more flexibility with the timing of my workouts. Members have around the clock access to a handful of many different virtual workouts inside infrared saunas (my favorite are hot bands, hot yoga and hot cycle) I like how quiet, peaceful and clean it is compared to most other gyms. The front staff are all friendly and helpful. The owners are professional, invested, and do a great job keeping the standards high by immediately addressing member concerns and by keeping the place spotless. I would recommend trying it, especially if you enjoy virtual workouts and want to get some added benefits of infrared heat
