She has made me feel so comfortable from the day I started. My daughter was a member and asked me to give Honor a try. Without a doubt, I made the best decision to become a member and I’m so happy to be part of the community. There are so many classes to choose from and what I enjoy is the availability and there is absolutely no judgement.

Each and every instructor brings something different and the overall experience is nothing but great. There are so many styles of classes offered here for beginners to advanced practitioners. The place is clean and tidy and always welcoming. Walk into this studio to start / continue/ progress on your yoga journey and you will never regret.

Nicole always makes sure I’m comfortable and makes modifications for me when needed. It’s such a feel good place and I can’t wait to continue to do more classes after this pregnancy. I’m currently living in South Carolina and I do several classes on zoom. I can’t wait to come back in the summer and do in person classes at the studio. Nicole is awesome and my favorite all-time instructor is Denise
