Jan 26, 2024 · Armin Sinem DemirThe workout classes are good. But the studio smells really bad, those corepower yoga mats have been overused and are very smelly. The studio floors are sticky, the ceiling is full of dust, no air circulation in the back yoga room. Overall, a very unpleasant environment to work out in. Deep cleaning once a week, airing out the studio, essential oil humidifiers and changing yoga mats would do wonders.
Oct 21, 2024 · Shab NKel is great - highly recommend her sculpt class. She takes the time to sync to the music which isn’t always the case with classes. She very kind and cares about the students. The tri location has more room than the west village location if you prefer a less crowded room.
Jan 03, 2025 · LFThis is a great hot room studio with warm teachers and staff. A lot of formats to choose from: Sculpt is power vinyasa flow with weights and cardio elements. C1 through C3 are their signature vinyasa flows with varying intensity. Hot Power Fusion is 26x2, set sequence with sustained holds. Strength X is circuit/interval training with muscle group focuses (room temp is a bit lower, technically unheated but there will be residual heat). CoreRestore is yin yoga. There are wipes and sprays to sanitize props, and showers should you need it. The cues are excellent, and you will leave feeling healthier and happier. I have learned so much and I am so glad it is a part of my life.
Nov 15, 2024 · LeAnn ZhangThe room was hot and the class was good. The only thing that weirded me out was that we put the blocks back where we got them right after class. There was no bin to put them in to distinguish between clean and dirty blocks. So, I assume that I used a dirty sweaty block, and that’s kinda gross.
