After a year and a half of painful physical therapy that was getting me nowhere, I decided to go back to yoga. I tried a few studios in the area but once I found Aloha, I was hooked. I was told my knee would never bend more than 90 degrees but with careful attention from Aloha's instructors (making sure I didn't over stress my knee) I am up to a 120 degree bend and counting. This summer, I got the 2 week trial and absolutely fell in love with the aloha vibes. Kim is such a bright light with a pure & gentle heart. This studio is the perfect ‘vacation’ sitting in the middle of West Islip. If I wasn’t living in CO now, I would hands down be flowing here. Mahalo*
