Instructor Dawn is a sweetheart and she makes you feel like her own child and she’s very helpful. The second instructor what I like is Lauren she’s very funny and doesn’t let you to get an easy exercises. I love this place for an opportunity to join a Book Club🥰❤️
Feb 24, 2025 · Vlada Ponomarovabest yoga studio in the area by FAR!! yoga six has mastered the sensory experience, utilizing heat, lighting, and even cool lavender eye covers. every class I've taken has been amazing. there's a variety of classes and class times that makes it super easy to attend class with my schedule. I also love that depending on the day, I can choose between more challenging classes with weights and resistance or a restorative class that leaves me feeling relaxed. The instructors, front desk staff, and fellow members have been so kind and make the experience unmatched!

I personally love having the option of different classes for whatever mood I'm in. Whether I'm looking for a sculpting class with weights or a restore class to stretch it out and wind down - they have it. Plus the staff and instructors are so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
