I participated in the power yoga and sculpt & flow classes and I really enjoyed the workout. This is exactly the type of new exercise I was looking for. The instructors are great and very talented setting the mood and encouraging the class to push themselves. The workout is challenging, rewarding, and cleansing. Each instructor is helpful and encouraging, as well as the staff . They assisted as to what classes I should start with to begin my journey. Studio is kept clean and in great location

The yoga teachers were so helpful for a first beginner like me. The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere is very enjoyable and the studio is kept very clean. Highly recommend !!
