May 06, 2024 · María CastañoIm am 11 years old and i attended a yoga camp woth Lyzzette. It was so fun. All the other kids were so sweet and the experience was amazing. Lyzette made the environment so safe and comfy. We learned how to handle tough situations and how to care for ourselves. We also did some yoga, crafts and a vision board. The day normally starts with some time to continue recent crafts. Then once everyone is there, we start doing some yoga, followed by some fun crafts and then lyzzette gives us time to hang out and talk to each other until we clean up. Overall this camp might’ve been one of the best camps i have attended this summer. Thanks to Lyzzette, i have made new friends and now i have a clear mind. I definitely suggest this camp.

Her background in special education makes her approach available not only to regular students, but to neurodivergent kids and their stressed parents. Her instructions are crisp, clear and precise. Her classes tailored to personal needs of each student. And it is such a pleasure to be around Lyzzette and see her beautiful smile!
