The kindness and effort Matt extended to our family to give our son a special birthday surprise of puppy yoga was above and beyond. His mission, became to make sure our dream came true. Because of him and Yoga Darshana we were to create an amazing family memory. The minute you walk in to this serene and immaculate space you feel a warm welcoming aura. The puppy yoga was more than I ever hoped for. Rescue puppies freely roaming and visiting all attendees. Yoga Darshana partners with only rescue groups and donates part of your yoga fee back to them. Mar 02, 2025 · Donna LernerAttending the yoga teacher training at Darshana Yoga Center has been such an enlightening experience. The owners of this studio have been lovely and accommodating. I have attended many classes at this studio, and all the teachers have been knowledgeable and kind. The studio space is so versatile offering 2 large yoga rooms and has a very welcoming energy. In addition, they also host many community offerings, including puppy yoga, sound healing, and yoga retreats. Definitely go check them out!

My colleagues that were in the program were amazing and we were instructed by many wonderful teachers. In addition, I attended the Fall Yoga Retreat which was very fun and well organized. (The food was healthy and amazing too!) The yoga teachers that teach in the studio classes are extremely knowledgeable and facilitate great classes. Try a class and enjoy!

Each yoga teacher is different and brings something unique to their practice. The modifications provided are helpful and beneficial. The sound healing class is one that takes you to a beautiful serene place.
