The studio’s intimate size and calming atmosphere created the perfect environment for a relaxing yet invigorating session. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I can’t wait to return!
Jan 10, 2025 · mia prasadI’ve really been enjoying This Is Yoga so far this summer - both in the Seaside Park studio, the beach in Lavallette, and the bay for SUP Yoga! The Restorative Reiki (in studio with Amanda & Donna) and SUP (bay with Maura) have been my favorite so far! Reiki felt really healing and the SUP was so special I actually almost cried after! And Maura took great opt-in pictures during the SUP for some great mementos! Felt empowered & proud of myself for trying SUP! Strong recommend! Glad I’m around all summer to keep going to events & classes! 🧘🏼♀️🏄♀️
Jul 14, 2024 · Nicole McCDown the shore for a girls weekend and spontaneously signed up for a Saturday morning 8:45 class with Kate Pape. Only 4 of us were able to book in advance because the class was full but Kate graciously welcomed our two “extras” and made sure to make room for everyone. The other regulars in the class didn’t seem to mind that everyone was a bit more snug than normal which was nice. Kate’s class was geared to all levels and interests and she facilitated the class in a way to make sure each persons intentions for the class could be met. Would definitely recommend and would love to return the next time I’m in the area.

Jennie and Amanda have created a welcoming space that caters to all ages and level of folks. From my first class I knew I had found a space where I could expand my yoga practice and perhaps even make some friends. But even more than Yoga there is always something more brought to the class to enhance the experience. Today it was inspirational cards with sayings we could use as a mantra for class. Moving is always hard but This is Yoga made one thing about moving easy. If you down for the weekend, a weeks vacation or the whole summer find your way to This is Yoga for an amazing experience.
