I just had the most amazing experience at Austin's yoga class! I was hesitant about going, especially with a 7:30 PM start time. At my age, I thought it might be too late, but I’m so glad I pushed through my reluctance. I felt an incredible sense of peace and calm when I walked into the studio. Austin’s teaching style is fantastic! She created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and let go of any stress. After the class, I felt completely refreshed and even had a great night’s sleep. It was just what I needed! I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this hidden gem before. The space is beautiful and inviting, which just adds to the overall experience. I’m taking advantage of the one-month first-time guest special and plan to attend as often as possible. I live on the South Shore, but this class is worth the drive! I’ve only attended one class, but I already feel I will become a regular. If you want a rejuvenating yoga experience, I recommend checking out Austin’s Tuesday evening class. You won’t regret it!

My husband and I have been attending yoga classes at Sound Body & Mind for several years now. We love the studio and its community. The studio is so beautiful and clean. Each teacher and class is different and I love them all. Sound Mind & Body is truly a special place.

This yoga studio is just awesome. Besides it being a welcoming, beautiful and clean space to practice yoga, it's evident that everyone on staff really "cares" - in ALL the right ways. There's a great vibe here. The instructors are always so encouraging. But each applies their own spirit, so the classes always feel new. Every yogi should feel more than welcomed to make each practice here their own. Just a positive place with positive people. Can't wait for the next class!

Love the studio no matter my mood when I arrive I always leaving feeling fantastic. Adam is so personable and helpful. The instructors will push you in the best possible way and the community as a whole is very welcoming not to mention the studio is always spotless! 10/10 I’d recommend 🖤

I have been going to SOUND, Body & Mind Studio for almost two years. I have found it to be a soul-renewing process each time. The studio itself is stunning. It is airy and full of light and plants and everything shines and is beyond organized. There is everything you need for your practice if you don’t bring your own equipment with you–mats and bolsters and blankets and blocks and more. The teachers have been phenomenal for me. I truly appreciate how kind and nurturing and welcoming they are and most times, they go out of their way to tuck in tips and ways to make a pose more challenging or more supportive. I also love the soundtracks they each create to accompany their session. Most sessions I have attended build in time to meditate at the end of the session. I leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more empowered to return to my life with new perspective and purpose. I highly recommend it for anyone considering an activity that will strengthen your physical, emotional and mental well-being. For anyone practicing yoga already, it is truly a very special place to continue your practice. I truly love it there and I hope everyone who wants to try it will feel as welcomed by the community as I have felt.
