My 13 years old enjoys the yoga practices a lot, good exercises, good stretching, mindful connections to her own body. She talked a lot about her experiences with her friends. I am so glad she enjoys doing yoga and how good she feels after the yoga practice

Oct 25, 2024 · Sarah Delli ColliI’ve been coming to Sacred Space for over a year now. Out of all the yoga studios I’ve been to over the years Sacred Space is by far my favorite. It truly feels like you’re entering a safe space every time you walk through the doors. The space itself is open, warm and inviting. One of the things I love the most about Sacred Space is that there are no mirrors in the studio. It has really allowed me to focus more on how each pose feels and how I feel over all and less about how I look. For someone who is very self critical, it’s a game changer. I can go on and on about the classes and the different instructors, they’re all amazing. So, if you’re on the fence about taking a class or joining the studio, here’s your sign to take it. You won’t regret it.
Nov 14, 2023 · Rebecca SuttonI've been going to Sacred Space for almost a year and a half now. They have amazing teachers and several different types of classes that I've really enjoyed. However, after a recent negative experience I'm not sure if I feel comfortable returning to the studio. I arrived a little late to a class and wasn't allowed in. The man at the front desk not only showed a lack of empathy but was condescending in his tone. He claimed that I was "really late" and that every class always starts on time. I was about 6/7 minutes late which I wouldn't consider "really late", but that's not the point. I've attended a class where the teacher themselves was late and can think of at least one other class that started slightly late before. I'm super disappointed because I usually arrive early and never have been late to a class. With all the things going on in the world, you'd hope that a yoga studio that's supposed to be a welcoming space would give people grace when life happens and causes you to arrive a few minutes late.
Mar 22, 2024 · Jalisa GI have been attending events at Sacred Space since their very first days. One of my favorite things about the studio is that it is, indeed, a space to find sacredness. During classes, and in exchanges with teachers and staff, I have experienced many moments of profound awareness, support, and growth. I am so grateful to everyone at Sacred Space who has built such a lovely community for those of who crave a way to transcend the mundane.
