I'm new to Rebel Yoga. I have taking 4 classes so far and all the instructors were excellent. Each had a different spin on the flow which was nice. All the classes were challenging yet modifiable for all levels. The studio is clean, modern with a welcoming atmosphere. Parking at the studio is very limited. However street parking is near by. The optional essential oil cold head towel at the end is next level!

Oct 25, 2024 · c hWhen,I arrived there wasn't any parking available. Most of the signs clearly stated "no parking for rebel fitness " specifically. I had to park at the train station and walk, when, I arrived the door was locked and the lights were off.

It's more aerobic than other yoga formats so it gives you a consistently great workout while it also focuses on stretching, toning and strengthening. The studio has a cool vibe and the instructors, staff and yogis are awesome people.

First of all the vibe is incredible, the fast flow equals an amazing workout and the instructors are wonderful. I have to figure out a lot of my own modifications but there is a very tolerant and friendly approach to yoga that makes it fun and a great workout too- for both mind and body! Highly recommend!!!
