Peace of Royalty

I booked the Royal Peace Package for my 25th birthday. Young black women rarely get a coming-of-age ceremony to welcome them into adulthood. This year I knew I had to honor myself and all the physical, mental, and spiritual work I've done. I needed ease, I needed alignment, and I needed to connect back to myself. This service was the perfect addition to my birthday plans and I was able to purchase items from her shop in-studio. Vee has great energy and I'd definitely take the hour long drive to Milford again for another session!

I absolutely adore Vern! I started yoga classes about a year ago and it has become a family affair. My mother, sister, brother, father, and even my niece has enjoyed Vern’s amazing practice. She is warm and inviting to people of all ages. She allows you to go at your own pace while challenging you to push yourself. The ambiance of the studio is very fitting and we always feel like we don’t want to go home afterwards. I will continue to follow Vern’s lead on my yoga journey. She truly is blessed and skilled; I always leave feeling relaxed and in touch with my body and so very proud of myself!

My daughter introduced me to Peace of Royalty in January of 2022. I went to one of her Saturday classes and have been hooked ever since. Vern presents herself as such a kind, soft-spoken, and caring individual. She is gentle with you on the mat yet helps you to challenge yourself when needed. When you arrive at the studio, you will be met with a beautiful, serene space surrounded by plants, artwork, jewelry to adorn the body or hair, body butters, incense, stones, waistbeads, yoga bags, t-shirts, just to name a few. I can go on and on about his gem of place in Milford. This yoga studio is more than a place to do yoga. I feel a sense of community and love here. I've had the pleasure of starting my Saturday's with Peace of Royalty Yoga classes a few times, I've also had a chance to enjoy both indoor and outdoor yoga. Vee is an amazing instructor , she is patient and explains all of the yoga poses and also offers modified instructions for poses that you may find difficult to do the first time.
