I had a great class at Noir Yoga with Martine. The flow was nice — not too slow or fast. Martine was very sweet and did a fantastic job making us feel welcomed, relaxed and encouraged. The studio is clean and cute, they seem to fit just the right number of students in so you don’t feel crammed but the space is used appropriately. It is currently *freezing* outside so I was worried it would be really cold during the class but they have plenty of heaters and the space warmed up to a comfortable temperature once nobody was opening and closing the door. I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back for another class soon!

Feb 16, 2025 · Thomas CoxSo happy I found this studio in my community! It being black owned made me even more excited to support. The instructors I’ve had so far, Martine and Jay have been engaging, patient and provided unique flows that were both challenging and relaxing, helping me ease back into my practice. I loved the yoga LAB class! Jay was mindful of the intensity of the flow and brought fun and reaffirming energy and balanced it with a proper cool down, which was very helpful. The music selection and vibe has been great. Definitely will be taking more classes!
