A very fitness-oriented studio vibe, and Montauk prices, but I think that tailors very well to the folks in the market for yoga out here! Jul 24, 2023 · Sarah SchreckI've been visiting this yoga studio in Montauk each summer, and it is by far the most unique VIP atmosphere I've ever experienced. The room smells wonderful, and the ocean breeze coming in is sensational. Both Ashlee and Mariah are in great shape and have a soothing yet authoritative voices. The yoga sessions are not super advanced, but they include powerful poses that have significantly improved my ab strength, muscle tone, and balance. Highly recommended!

I took both Jenna and Marisa's Slow Flow class and from other studios I've visited, they are absolutely TOP TIER! They did an amazing job giving instruction, coaching, and creating such a welcoming environment. Speaking from a novice perspective, I felt so comfortable throughout the entire class. They challenge you but always support you at your own pace. They gave mutliple variations to movements and I highly encourage the gentlemen to give it a shot. What a wonderful way to spend a morning here in Montauk. Id give this 6 stars if possible! Thank you so much ladies! SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI!
