Her studio is a beautiful, bright, and cozy space, and the class was a perfect balance of engaging and relaxing. She gave me a tip to keep my head up and elbows in during my chaturangas that made a huge difference in my strength in that pose (honestly can’t believe I’ve been doing them with my head down for a decade). I’m used to Boston yoga prices so $10 for a drop-in class is more than reasonable. Thank you Michele for offering your gifts to the community!

Her presence is almost enough to make you relax but her classes are fun, challenging, through and you always leave feeling better. Its a beautiful space for a practice and she’s just a lovely person to be around. She’s been teaching and doing yoga for a long time before it was a “thing” and it shows - she is just excellent!!
