Katie provided remote postpartum support for me after the birth of my first baby. I live in France so I couldn't benefit from the in person services but through regular phone sessions she answered all of my postpartum questions, provided me with postpartum recipes and guidance. Having Katie as a resource helped make the experience of new parenthood less stressful because I had someone as a knowledgeable sounding board and guide.

We were fortunate to have Katie as our postpartum doula, offering overnight care during the first six weeks after our baby was born, and her support was absolutely invaluable. Katie made a big difference for our family, helping us navigate the transition from two to three children and ensuring we got the rest we desperately needed. Katie was compassionate and knowledgeable, always demonstrating care and thoughtfulness in everything she did. Her detailed updates and notes gave us peace of mind, knowing our baby was in loving and capable hands, and she kept us informed about our baby's activity and wellbeing every night. We are so thankful for Katie’s support and would recommend her to any family looking for a compassionate and skilled postpartum doula.

I worked with Katie for her postpartum doula services for nearly 12 weeks since my daughter was born. She provided newborn care during night time and daytime shifts. She is prompt, professional, and communicative. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in working with newborns and even though it is my second child, she has taught me a whole lot about newborns and babies. She has a calming and loving energy that I know my baby could feel because she would always be relaxed around her. As a mom who struggled with postpartum anxiety it was important to me to work with someone I knew I could trust and Katie was that person for me. When Katie leaves after a shift, I feel really happy and refreshed just having that second pair of hands in the house. Katie also helped prepare healthy nourishing meals to help our family. I felt comfortable leaving Katie alone with my newborn while I stepped out for appointments. Katie also helped me with little projects around the house- she helped me organize baby clothes and rethink about the way I store baby items. Working with Katie was worth every single penny and I would do it all over again if we choose to have another child! Every mom deserves a Katie when they come home from the hospital!

Katie’s prenatal yoga and manifestation classes are truly incredible. Yoga is a gorgeous studio where she also teaches manifestation/law of attraction. There’s always so much to learn, and we all have a great time chatting together would highly recommend if you’ve never experienced one of Katie‘s classes.

life in bloom has been a safe place for my pregnancy and postpartum experience. katie has always been available to me whenever i needed her day or night and the connection she has shared with me has been so organic and real. i was also introduced to so many bother mamas through her in this experience as well which is so vital during these times. ❤️
