💯!! This studio is amazing!! I love everything about it, from the building aesthetics to the instructors to the classes! I’m a regular to aerial yoga and it’s all because of Alexandra! She is so kind, gentle, funny, and professional! I’ve done a lot of their different classes and loved all of them! I’ve even turned it into a date night with my boyfriend and a girls night with my mom! She also loves Alexandra and the studio! Bring your friends and coworkers, you won’t regret it!

Always a warming experience at honor yoga. I love the meditation room! All the instructors bring there A game and have something a little different to add to my practice. I’ve been using “breath of joy” Jeff showed me every day this week.

An amazing addition to the Flemington community. HY Flemington is an inclusive and relaxing space that has classes for many skill sets, interests and schedules, offering respite to this crazy world. Owner is very involved and passionate. COVID perk is that you can do both online and in studio classes at your leisure.

My favorite yoga studio. ;) *Everything here is about friendship and community. Teachers and staff live yoga values of compassion, non-harming & gratitude. Everyone is welcome. *Every space is unique--the tree and natural light in the Main Studio; the Himalayan Salt Wall in the Meditation Room, plus built-in wood seating and halotherapy for free; and in the Play Studio, overhead infrared panels for hot yoga and the wooden beams for aerial yoga. Ceilings are 16-ft high and rooms airy. *Honor Flemington offers more varieties of yoga (as well as sense withdrawal and meditation) than any studio I'm aware of outside Manhattan--from This is Yoga to Strong & Calm to Hot Yoga, from Sound Bathes to Gentle to Yin to Flow to YogaBarre to Aerial, and more. *Every member has so many options to find what they need in the present. For body and nervous system and spirit. Release, movement, heat, challenge, uplift, inspiration, restoration, peace. All 8 limbs of yoga are supported in this yoga center.
