I had a disappointing first (and last) experience at Heatwise. I arrived 4 minutes late due to a bus detour—something beyond my control—and was met with unnecessary comments from the instructor about my lateness. I understand policies, but the tone and sarcasm were unwarranted. The energy was off, and I felt unwelcome, as if I didn’t belong in the space. Poor customer service overall. I won’t be returning.

They have fantastic teachers who all offer a different approach and I have never had a bad experience. The studio is always clean, welcoming, tidy and they do a great job of making everyone feel comfortable in the space. Highly recommend!!
