The owners are very friendly and have a good vibe. the place includes the tables, has a refrigerator and a sound system with Bluetooth connection if you do not have a DJ. Simone is encouraging, personable, fun, informative, knowledgeable & patient with years of experience! If you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, feel at ease that you are in great hands when you enter this space. It's convenient to have Happy Yoga and Dance Studio in Greenville N.J. (Jersey City) Also, there is a excellent Martial Arts studio right next door called Enter the Dragon Karate. The whole family can come and take classes. Happy Yoga caters to toddlers, young children, teens, adults, middle aged adults and even senior citizens! Give it a try🧘♂️💚

They have classes for different levels of abilities. The owner is awesome! She is sweet, motivating, and supportive. You are guaranteed peace, fun, and togetherness at this establishment. Lastly the parking is not bad.

It has a beautiful space, a relaxing environment, and provides a combination of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. The owner is wonderful. She is a gentle soul and her attention to detail during each yoga session is unmatched. I highly recommend it.

It is so much more than a Yoga studio, there's dance as well, martial arts next door, and it's also an amazing event space.
