Dec 22, 2021 路 Stacey Shaffer100% PHENOMENAL. This is a yoga studio that does it right because they don鈥檛 just sell classes, they build a trusting, supportive community. I always feel completely welcome, safe, warm (literally 馃敟), and comfortable here. When it comes to yoga, I have always been self-conscious: afraid to ask questions, afraid to be confused, and afraid to physically shake and feel unsteady. This fear totally prevented my growth in yoga, and I could not find a studio that made me feel comfortable enough so I could actually focus on my form and breathing instead of feeling insecure. But I finally found it here, THIS IS IT!! This is an amazing addition to the community. Folks in the area have no excuse to not go to yoga anymore because it鈥檚 so close by!! Get to it! It鈥檒l make you so much happier and healthier!!

Shannon is wonderful and supportive- has a wealth of knowledge and loves to teach and share with others. The studio is beautiful, clean and HOT year round. If you are interested in doing something like this, here it is!
