I was nervous about starting pilates especially in such a small studio, where every mistake might get noticed, but coming here is the best decision I’ve ever made. Because it’s small, they’re able to give you individual attention, which is amazing if you’re a beginner like me. The price can’t be beat and there’s no contract, so it’s perfect if you’re on the fence about trying. I hate exercising, but I keep coming back. Who knew I was a glutton for punishment? The studio is fantastic and very welcoming. My body loves that I found this place!

The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was nicely maintained. I got so many compliments from parents on what a cool idea for a party. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable.
