Deanna offers a variety of classes for any/all skill levels that will challenge you and have you working muscles that you didn't realize you had. I primarily go for mobility and recovery to complement my training, and I have experienced significant gains in both. Her staff is experienced and knowledgable, and I cannot say enough good things about Deanna and Burning Lotus Studio!

Deanna, along with the other instructors, is fantastic at teaching yoga and Pilates. The energy during workout is amazing, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming.
