I am a huge fan of Body & Brain NYC! Over the weeks I have noticed significant improvements in my overall mental health and physical self. Every teacher is very dedicated and great at educating. Morning Tai Chi has become apart of my day to day, and I am eager to dive in deeper with the many classes they provide!

I have many health issues and have been looking for a good exercise/stress-relief class. Leon and Arthur are excellent instructors and it's reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!

I came to the yoga - qi gong class in a tizzy from a lot of chaos going on in my life and by the end, I felt so much more grounded and calm. It was a great workout, stretch and introduction to energy work. The teacher's movement was graceful and inspiring. The studio owner gave a consultation and offered me advice tailored to my issues of feeling burnt out. Very welcoming, human atmosphere. They invited the class members to stay for tea and chat afterwards, which I've never experienced in a NYC studio in my life - so nice! Looking forward to returning.
