The convenient location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with public transportation nearby, makes it easy for attendees to get to, which is a huge plus. The studio is thoughtfully equipped with yoga mats and blankets, ensuring everyone feels at ease and supported during sessions. I can’t say enough good things about Artful Souls and Wellness and the incredible community they’ve built. Small, donation-based studio. Estrella, the studio owner, teaches the most loving and supportive ashtanga classes. A beautiful intro to this traditional style. The gentle and yin classes in the evenings are a nice way to unwind. I haven’t experienced it first hand, but this studio also offers children’s classes, and mom and toddler programs. Nice to see options for the whole family.

It is so important to have a community space in times like now where it feels like we keep getting further away from each other. This studio hosts different kinds of classes and workshops centered around well-being with an emphasis on art and community. Highly recommend checking out the space and getting involved with the neighborhood!
