This was my first ever yoga class. My wife, attends all the time. I have had 2 hip replacements in the past 20 years and my wife said she thought this class would help me with my flexibility. I liked the class and Gina made me feel comfortable in class. I had a little hard time with a couple of them, with more classes I'm hoping to get better each time. Thank you and I will be returning.

I had never taken a yoga class before and Rachel was very patient and helpful. She quickly and quietly made poses understandable by demonstrating beside us. It was an excellent class, and I especially loved the added peppermint treatment at the end of class!

The teachers here are supportive and nurturing. Yoga is for everyone, and you certainly feel welcomed as soon as your first class. Jul 16, 2024 · Jason HeilOne of the very first things I did when I moved to the area was to look for a Yoga Studio so my practice wouldn't lapse during that busy time. I have been coming to Alchemy for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. There's a sense of belonging, balance and serenity. Gina is a wonderful instructor but all the other yogis are excellent also. They're starting a 5 week beginner's yoga session this month so if you've been wanting to try yoga, now is the time!
